​Clayville Mega City will include 2 560 multi-storey RDP units, 5 380 Finance Linked Individual Subsidy Programme (FLISP) subsidised units and 3 498 multi-storey Social Rental Units.​
The Mega Human Settlement project has empowered the local community through 
employment and SMME initiatives. Over 11 700 jobs have been created to date and more people are getting employed and gaining skills as the project progresses.​
