The Elijah Barayi Village just outside Carltonville. It is one of 31 Mega Human Settlements that will see the Department eliminating the housing backlog in the province.
This mega city project is an integrated mixed housing development inclusive of social amenities, open spaces, and economic, commercial & industrial opportunities.
Elijah Barayi Village mega project is expected to yield 12 799 mixed housing typology units once completed.
